Information we collect
- Name, email, mobile number and university.
- Delivery or collection address, governorate, postal code and instructions.
- Requested kits, faculty requirements, rental dates, order or rental status and support communications.
- Basic technical and security information generated when the website and APIs are used.
- AuraDent Rentals does not currently request or store identity-document uploads.
How we use information
- Validate, confirm, fulfil and support orders.
- Check kit requirements and availability.
- Coordinate payment, WhatsApp communication and manual delivery.
- Protect the store from fraud, misuse and technical failures.
- Meet accounting, consumer-protection and other legal obligations.
Service providers
AuraDent uses service providers to operate the store, including Vercel for application hosting and Neon for database infrastructure. No online payment gateway is active in this release. Staff may use WhatsApp to communicate about an order or rental request. Providers process information under their own applicable terms and privacy practices.
Retention and security
We retain order and support information for as long as reasonably needed for fulfilment, records, disputes, security and legal requirements. We use access controls and encrypted service connections, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable by emailing hello@auradent.eg. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes.
