Where we deliver
AuraDent coordinates delivery to valid addresses within Egypt. Availability, delivery coverage, fees and timing are confirmed by our team before payment because kit contents and fulfilment remain faculty-specific.
Delivery timing
Any delivery estimate begins after AuraDent confirms the final contents, availability, price, payment and complete address. Estimates are not guarantees and may change because of stock, university-season demand, courier capacity or events outside our reasonable control.
Address and contact details
- Provide a complete street address, city, governorate, mobile number and useful landmark.
- Review the confirmed address before payment.
- Contact AuraDent promptly if an address changes. A reroute or second attempt may create an additional courier charge.
Manual fulfilment
Courier booking, delivery-fee confirmation and tracking are currently handled manually by AuraDent staff. We will share available tracking or courier contact information when the shipment is dispatched.
Receiving the order
Inspect the external package when it arrives. If it is visibly damaged, photograph the packaging and contents and contact us promptly with your order reference. Do not discard packaging needed to assess a delivery claim.
