Your statutory rights
Egypt’s Consumer Protection Agency describes a 14-day return or exchange right from receipt without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions, and a 30-day right for defective goods. Nothing in this policy reduces rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Start a return
- Email hello@auradent.eg with the order reference, item, reason and photographs where relevant.
- Wait for return instructions before sending instruments or kits.
- Pack the complete item, accessories, documentation and original packaging securely.
Condition and hygiene
Items should be returned in the condition received. Where permitted by law, a return may be excluded if the item cannot be restored to its original condition because of its nature, characteristics, packaging, use, contamination, customization or damage attributable to the customer. Dental instruments that have been used, sterilized, engraved, customized or removed from protective hygiene packaging require individual assessment.
Incorrect or defective items
If an item is incorrect, incomplete or defective, stop using it and contact us promptly. AuraDent will assess the issue and provide the legally available repair, replacement or return route without adding unlawful costs.
