The current ordering process
Submitting the website form creates an order request. It does not complete a sale or charge you. Package names, sample contents and displayed prices are provisional until AuraDent confirms the faculty-specific contents, stock, delivery fee and final amount.
Rental requests
Submitting a rental form creates an availability request, not a confirmed reservation. AuraDent confirms the exact physical unit, requested dates, daily rate, deposit, collection or delivery, condition and return requirements before a rental becomes binding. Unpublished rates and deposits remain provisional. The customer must return the assigned unit by the agreed date and in the agreed condition, subject to normal documented use.
- Do not assume a device is reserved until AuraDent confirms it.
- Only the assigned physical unit may be collected or delivered.
- Late, damaged or incomplete returns are reviewed manually under the confirmed rental terms.
- The current rental flow does not require an identity-document upload.
Orders and availability
We may accept, adjust or decline a request because of stock, incorrect information, pricing errors, faculty requirements, delivery limitations or suspected misuse. Counted inventory is reserved when an order request is accepted by the system; cancelled or refunded requests release that counted stock.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact, university and delivery information.
- Review the final component list, total and delivery details before payment.
- Use, clean and sterilize instruments in accordance with manufacturer instructions, faculty protocols and professional supervision.
- Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized admin access or interfere with ordering systems.

Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Egyptian law. To the extent permitted by law, AuraDent is not responsible for losses caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, failure to follow instructions, inaccurate customer information or events outside reasonable control.
Changes and contact
