Before payment
Submitting the current checkout creates an order request, not an immediate charge. AuraDent confirms final kit contents, availability, delivery cost and total before requesting payment. You may ask to cancel before payment unless customized work has already begun with your agreement.
Approved refunds
When a paid return or cancellation is approved, the refund is issued using the original payment method wherever available. Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency guidance states that qualifying refunds are returned using the purchase method and, in the circumstances described by the Agency, within one week of the customer approaching the supplier.
Processing time
AuraDent will confirm when a refund has been initiated. Your bank, card issuer, wallet or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. Payment-provider processing time is outside AuraDent’s direct control.
What may be deducted
No unlawful fee will be deducted. Where the law permits and the return is not caused by a defect or AuraDent error, direct return-delivery costs or loss caused by customer handling may be considered and explained before the refund is finalized.
